Gotham Equites Group, LLC. is a diversified real estate investment, development company based in Brooklyn, NY. The company is comprised of a highly qualified team of professionals that handle all aspects of real estate development, investment and management, including but not limited to: acquisition, entitlement, project/construction management, asset management, property management, accounting and underwriting. Our mission is to revitalize and effectuate positive change within Philadelphia’s diverse neighborhoods.
Since 2016, Gotham Equities has been specializing in adaptive reuse and urban infill projects, particularly focusing on renovating historic Philadelphia buildings and transforming them into modern apartments. Through our work, we strive to contribute to the development of the city’s most promising neighborhoods such as Germantown, Mount Airy, University City, and more. Our projects, both ground-up real estate development and renovations, combine high quality design and function, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

Mohammed Hossain
Managing Partner
Mohammed Hossain is the Managing Partner at Gotham Equities. He has over 15 years of experience with the accounting, construction and operations of real estate development and investment projects. He began his career as a builder constructing multi-family properties for investors throughout New York City.
Currently, Mohammed is the Managing Partner at Gotham Equities Group. In this role, he undertakes re-development opportunities in emerging markets. With a focus on multi-family assets, Gotham Equities has since to date repositioned over 50,000 square foot of real estate.
Mohammed received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from City University of New York, Baruch College.
Mohammed is also the founder of Prestige Builders Group, a general construction firm operating in New York City.
